Returns and Exchanges

Before returning any item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at support@jyoelron.com. Any item returned without prior authorization will be considered lost and marked as “Return to Sender.” All refunds exclude the original shipping cost.

Within 30 days of purchase, you may request an exchange or refund for any reason. If the returned product is not in brand-new or unused condition, your return request may be denied. A refurbishing fee will be charged for slightly damaged returns. If the product is not restorable or eligible for refurbishment, your return will be denied and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to all orders. Please note:
Due to PayPal’s updated policy since 2019, transaction fees are non-refundable to the seller once a payment is completed, even if the order is fully refunded.Therefore, in the case of customer-initiated refunds not related to product quality issues, we may deduct the original payment processing fee from the refund amount.

For example:

  • Original order: $100

  • Payment gateway fee: $3 (charged by the platform)

  • Actual refund issued: $97

If the refund is due to product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost and issue a full refund.

Please return the item in the original packaging you received it in to ensure it is not damaged during return transit. We are happy to assist with exchanges, but we are not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping or from improper packaging. Our products are heavy and can be damaged if not packaged correctly. If you have any questions, please email support@jyoelron.com for packaging instructions.

Warranty Statement
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that does not meet your or our standards, we will make it right as quickly as possible. If your product is damaged due to accident or misuse, we will work with you to get you back on the road with minimal cost and hassle.

Normal wear and tear on the product’s surface is not covered under warranty. However, any product failure due to a surface finish issue is covered. Our products should only be used as intended and designed. Most of our products require minimal maintenance to keep them in like-new condition.
